  • Stretch Clock:  a break reminder app is easy to use and shows simple exercise videos that you can do at your desk that are targeted to provide relief from and reduce the risk of carpal tunnel syndrome, repetitive stress injury, back pain, shoulder pain, and other miseries caused by sitting.  
  • Move It - Move it:  daily reminders to get up and do short exercises with random workouts.
  • Hot Seat:  activity delivered through short social breaks to sync with your calendar.  You can play with friends and there is a reward system.
