Mommie-To-Be Smoothie (2 servings)
- 1 cup low-fat milk*
- 1/3 cup yogurt
- 2 tsp. flax seeds
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 cup strawberries, blackberries or a blend
- 1 handful spinach leaves
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Cover & blend until smooth. (Adjust liquid as necessary by adding more milk or filtered water.)
