* Maintain a healthy diet and weight.

* Remain active! Avoid prolonged inactivity.

* Warm up or stretch before exercising or physical activity.

* Maintain proper posture.

* Wear comfortable, supportive footwear.

* Sleep on a quality mattress with a supportive pillow.

* Make sure your workstation is ergonomically correct.
