Komen for the Cure has developed a compelling educational initiative called I AM THE CURE.™ This program empowers people with the knowledge that early detection truly makes a difference. More importantly, it motivates people to take an active role in their own breast health. These words, and the simple steps that lead to early detection, will come to life as thousands of Komen Race for the Cure® participants make I AM THE CURE.™ their rallying cry on Race day.
Dr. Heidi and InnerMovement staff will be offering educational information about Nutritional and Lifestyle choices that can dramatically reduce your risk of Breast Cancer. She will also be educating on Spinal health and its powerful relationship to Immune Function. Please send a friend to our booth that you believe could benefit from this information or a visit with Dr. Heidi.
At this site, you can:
* Learn about the simple steps that lead to early detection* Take Komen's breast cancer quiz (which registers you in a drawing to win two free tickets on American Airlines!)* View Komen's breast cancer risk matrix* Download educational wallpaper* Learn how to take charge of your own breast health!
