Tips to prevent back pain

* Maintain a healthy diet and weight.

* Remain active! Avoid prolonged inactivity.

* Warm up or stretch before exercising or physical activity.

* Maintain proper posture.

* Wear comfortable, supportive footwear.

* Sleep on a quality mattress with a supportive pillow.

* Make sure your workstation is ergonomically correct.

and most importantly!

* Listen to your body - don't ignore pain or accept it as being part of your life. Seek help in finding relief and work with your Chiropractor to improve the quality of your health AND life.
